Vibroacoustic Bodywork
(sound frequency sessions)

My work for queer, FLINTA and non-normative bodies:

I work with body-based practices focused on nervous system.

I choose to work with FLINTA and non-normative bodies because these experiences are often misunderstood or constrained by external norms. My practice creates a space where the body can be explored with more freedom, awareness and autonomy, without the pressure to conform.

My Approach:

Somatic Therapy:

Somatic therapy is a body-based practice that helps people connect with their sensations, regulate their nervous system and release tension.

VIboacustic Bodywork:

Vibroacoustic bodywork combines sound and vibration to create a full-body experience that supports relaxation, nervous system balance and deeper sensory perception.

Neurosexology:

My neurosexology-based approach integrates knowledge of the nervous system and sexual response to support awareness, regulation and exploration of desire, pleasure and identity.

About me:

I am Laura Gomez , a Berlin-based practitioner working in somatic therapy, sensory bodywork and neurosexology. I offer in-person sessions in Berlin, supporting individuals through body-based practices focused on the nervous system, perception and embodied experience.

My work is oriented towards FLINTA, queer and non-normative bodies and identities, creating a space where people can explore their experience without judgment or the need to conform to external norms.

My background combines bodywork, artistic research and continuous training in somatic practices and sexuality-related fields. Over the years, I have developed an approach that integrates touch, body awareness and an understanding of the nervous system and its impact on desire, stress and connection.

I have complemented my practice through ongoing learning, workshops and applied experience, allowing me to work in a grounded, attentive and responsive way.

Through this work, I aim to create a space where the body can be experienced not as something to fix, but as a place of perception, autonomy and transformation.
