✦ Activist Movement & Therapeutic Approach

My work does not arise solely from the desire to provide pleasure or relaxation.

It emerges from a deep exploration of the body, trauma, and somatic memory.

I work through an integration of sensory practices and principles from neuroscience, understanding that the body does not forget:

it stores experiences, defenses, blockages, and also the potential for release.

My sessions are especially open to trans, non-binary, and queer individuals, creating a space where the body can exist without judgment, without imposed norms, and without external expectations.

✦ Body, Trauma & Neuroplasticity

The nervous system learns.

And it can also unlearn.

Through conscious touch, rhythm, breath, and sensory stimulation, neuroplastic processes can be activated, allowing deeply rooted patterns to reorganize.

This is not magic.

It is biology shaped by presence.

The body can move out of states of defense.

It can return to safety.

It can open to pleasure without guilt or fear.

✦ The Body as a Political Space

Working with the body is also a political act.

Especially for identities that have been historically repressed, pathologized, or erased, access to pleasure, touch, and self-perception becomes a form of resistance.

This space does not aim to “fix” bodies.

It supports them in being inhabited.

There is no model to achieve here.

There is a body to listen to.

✦ Consent, Care & Exploration

Each session is built on active consent, deep listening, and absolute respect.

This is not about pushing limits, but about creating the conditions in which the body, when ready, can expand.

The pace is guided by the nervous system, not by expectation.

✦ Beyond Therapy: A Transformative Sensory Experience

This work exists in a space between art, therapy, and ritual.

It is a journey into the organic, the instinctive, and the authentic.

A return to the body as a place of truth.
